Remote Support

LEO J Technology Services can provide remote support by taking control of your PC.   This is done through a secure connection initiated by the end user.  A small application is installed on your PC to provide us access and is removed when the session is over.  LEO J Technology Services can provide a rapid response time and resolution, in most cases, by eliminating travel time.
